Some staff there are not very customer service oriented.

Since there were only the waitress and bartender present, I challenged the bartender to a game and inquired about the cost for the coin-operated table. He mentioned he had a key and there’d be no problem using it. After just one game, I asked for the bill, and to my amazement, it was CFA 2000! The small beer cost CFA 1000, and the pool table rental was another CFA 1000. That’s nearly $2 just for a single game! Overall, it felt like a total tourist trap. Be cautious if you’re not a local!

Black n White is a great spot with a fantastic atmosphere that I really enjoy. However, there is one issue with the service: the waitstaff tends to be slow and doesn't check on guests frequently. If they could improve in that area, everything would be perfect. Additionally, I have a suggestion: it would be nice if snacks were included on the menu!

The bar has great infrastructure, music, and an excellent DJ. However, the service from the waitstaff can be quite moody and rude. While the drinks, DJ, and decor deserve a solid 9/10, the overall customer experience and service—especially from the female staff—only rate a 4/10. It seems like the waitresses are more focused on tips than providing good service.
