Bidra med feedbackOne of the few restauants open on a sunday evening. decor is a little dated but the food was nice and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. we sat out on the top deck with fresh air and a view over the town. 2 adults/1 child shared 2 main meals with a couple of naans, rice, drinks, corkage, yoghurt came to less than $60 which was very reasonable.
I ordered takeaway-plain naan dahl (vegetarian dish). Delicious! Dahl was loaded with lentils etc. just the right amount of sauce. Pricing is reasonable too.
Yamba has a couple of good options for breakfast and lunch, but not much for dinner. Lotus Indian restaurant knocks it out of the park. Nice atmosphere, excellent service. Tried four different mains all were excellent, very good flavor calibration. Get the Gulab Jaman, thank me later. If you are having dinner in Yamba Lotus Indian restaurant should be your first choice.
A lovely place in a beautiful town! The Vindaloo was absolutely amazing! Just the right amount of fire! We had a lovely dinner and will be back.
