おしょうしな Zǒng Běn Diàn

This Izakaya is really good. There was at least 10 variety of sashimi that I have eaten it was really fresh. Heard from one of the staff that the head chef has a unique interest of intriguing tableware that goes with the dishes in this Izakaya. There were a lot of other great dishes that I had that night too.Anyone who is interested to check out the tableware and delicious food should visit.

Honestly, this was the best meal I had here. We spent 7,500 for two people and ate a ton. Tried a lot of the local dishes. Menus are in Japanese so it might be hard to order if you can’t read Japanese, I’m unsure. However, the waiters were so nice and all the food was fantastic. I suggest the taro soup, chicken momo skewers, grilled salmon, and some alcohol. They also give you veggie stickers with miso and mayo for free. Free refills on the sticks. Really made this place special for Japan.

The sashimi is luxurious and surprising. I think the princess of cream cheese is genius. The shop was , but the customer service was very good and I was able to spend comfortably. In this shop, the first trip to Yamagata was a good memory. If you come to Yamagata, please come!

入るときの驚きは、壁に並ぶ酒カップの数です。 そして天井から掛かる花の帽子が付いている1.8リットルのびん。 ここに入ったカイがあります。 食べ放題の前菜は、塩、味噌、マヨネーズで味付けされている大根、ニンジン、キュウリの棒が付属しています。 小さな刺身の盛り合わせをお願いしましたが、品種や鮮度に驚きました。 それぞれ説明して教えていたのですが、全部忘れてしまうほど多かったです。 刺身は山形県の姿で、食後に写真を撮るために持ってきた。 この地域の特産品、煮じゃがいも、玉こんにゃくもも美味しかったです。
