The Pub Of Yakima

Ford was very good. I had the Cubano which had shredded pork and very cheesy. The wife had a very juicy and tangy chicken sandwich. The fries were nicely seasoned and came with fry sauce. The service was accommodating and professional. We hit their week day opening hour so we were the only ones they're. The grade school grandkids loved the arcade room they had adjacent to the room we were in

From the moment we walked in and sat down it was a fantastic experience. Service was prompt and the Waitress was absolutely amazing. Fun and energetic. Always on top of what was needed. Not only for us but all the tables around. The food was absolutely fantastic. Quality, fresh burger and veggies. Quality Buns from the Brioches to the Chabatta. The fries on the side were crispy and airy. While the side winders were crispy and fluffy inside. Paired with the fry sauce with a nice pepper kick was absolutely delicious. All in all great service from Charmaine sorry if mispelled. And better burgers than Miners.

Absolutely amazing burgers. I've tried most of them and I have yet to find one that wasn't great. Appetizers are really good as well.

Every time I have been there it has been kind of 'meh ' nothing stands out. Have not heard good things from other customers as well. Yeah, your everyday drunk probably loves this dungeon when they are getting their 5th drink for the day. All I can say, if you want to enjoy this place, come pre-buzzed or don 't come at all. Also the management seems like a bunch of jagoffs.

Edit: The lack of apology from the owner and staff for a poor service experience is disappointing, and their defensive attitude only makes it worst. There are similar reviews related to the poor staff service which unfortunate to see. With ok food, service should be top priority! We were pretty disappointed with the service in the arcade room – upon arrival we waited around for 30 minutes without anyone coming over despite multiple servers walking in/out of the room until I had to go up to the bar to ask to order. Then, things got a bit chaotic with kitchen staff kids monopolizing the arcade, climbing on tables, banging on walls and not letting other kids' play. When I asked our server to address the wall banging, the response seemed a bit annoyed. The vibe took another hit when inappropriate music played non-stop for about 10 minutes. My husband went into the main restaurant area to see if it was playing there and it wasn’t. It was different music in the arcade room. We have a different server at this point and she tells us they don’t control the music. I get that servers might not control the tunes, but it just added to the letdown. Why not apologize or turn it down? Our kids are young. And to top it off, someone from your staff approached me in the parking lot and she was knocking on my car door, wrongly accusing me of yelling at them about the music. I told her to refer to any restaurant videos as I never raised my voice. I shared my dissatisfaction with the entire service. It was a strange encounter and left a sour taste. Sadly, despite our love for The Pub and supporting local spots, we might have to rethink future visits.
