Impressions from the hotel are not unambiguous. I definitely don 't want to come back here a second time. The room is very small, although it is clean. The mattress is comfortable, but there is no place to dry towels in the room. No one takes out the garbage in the room and does not change the towels. There is no soundproofing. If you have neighbors, you will hear what they are talking about. The shower and bathroom are one of the biggest problems that left an unpleasant impression. There is no pressure at all. If you want to wash, the shower will need to be unscrewed so that there is a normal flow of water. The pressure in the faucet is also very weak. I saw a lot of reviews about this one or two years ago, so I can conclude that the administration does not care about it at all, because nothing has changed in this regard. Also, I forgot my watch in the room, no one picked up the phone when I called the owners. Another situation that shows the attitude towards guests. Meals at the hotel are also worth 3 points. Some dishes are okay, some not so good. The staff in the restaurant is reluctant to accept orders and communicates as if it were the first day at work. From the kitchen, you could also hear showdowns and fights between employees I understand that this is a 5-star hotel, but the price is also not the cheapest in Yablunytsia. Quality service, room cleaning every day, polite and friendly staff. I really liked the kitchen, delicious and colorful food, just like my mother's. Got to a birthday party, had a great time, danced. The view from the room is simply wow.
