Taku Japanese Steakhouse (xenia)

I feel like this place is okay but not exactly the best sushi I've ever had. The miso soup needs a bit more seasoning. I also feel like the sauce they provide with the fried oysters don't really pair well the raw fish isn't as fresh as I'd like but, I do believe they are fair with the price. I spent $23.19 on this meal of a sushi roll, fried oysters, miso soup green tea and I'd say that's a pretty good deal. I was quite full afterwards.

Food was really good. Service was not that great. Waited around 15 minutes before anyone ever asked what I wanted to drink. I think it would have been better with a different server.

Food is good. Prices reasonable. Close to my home. I order frequently. Tonight I ordered carry out sushi through the website. They decided unannounced they are going to charge .50¢ for an extra thing of soy sauce. Which I did not receive. If you dine in there’s no extra charge for soy sauce. I always tip. Not sure why a business would be so petty. I have soy sauce at home. But it’s not the same. Disappointing. :

Our go-to for sushi in the area. So yummy! Great job!
