Bryan's Burger - XCANATÚN

Every so often I need a slice of Americana and Bryan’s Burgers does the trick. Meaty Angus burgers American style. The atmosphere is nice and cool indoors at the bar or alfresco on the lively patio, ideally suited for people watching. The burgers are juicy...and delicious, paired with home chips. Fast service and friendly waitstaff.

Good looking menu. The location is also very good with a seating in the indoor and outdoor areas. It is also property with the Italian restaurant next door, as I confirm with the server, as I saw that they take my salad from there! LOL. The...salad was fresh and delicious. I ordered the Parisian (was the name on the menu incorrectly printed or am I wrong? burger and fries the fries were OK. The tiramisu was not disturbing a miss, but the espresso was good.

If you want a very good American burger in Merida, this is the place great location in Santa Lucia Park. Great great service. Since this review, they are now a burger and oyster bar that they were in the process of change... the sign when we arrived. You can order your burger cooked, and they have regular and one that is somewhat smaller, which was perfect for us. The Freys also ROCK! Also great cocktails. Unfortunately, this place was a huge disaster and I had great expectations (I had already dimmed in Tratto and Trotters and excellent btw). The chicken was very overcooked and the hamburger as a whole was so.... Boring. No taste. Nice location, but some... the people selling things got really rude when we didn't want to buy anything. The service was upstairs. We were too often interrupted. I think a few times in the night it's okay to ask if everything was okay, not 20 times... Unfortunately, it won't be back.

Went for dinner with four couples, excellent burgers would of like homemade fries instead however homemade chip were good. Excellent value for a real burger
