Bidra med feedbackI phoned almost 2 hours before I wanted my order delivered to ensure it arrived on time as we were having a lockdown birthday party. The total bill was around £75. When the food didn 't arrive 30 minutes late I phoned again to be told it was just going in the oven It arrived almost 1 hour late with items missing. I phoned again and ordered an extra pizza which they insisted on charging me for {no favours there then}. This only arrived after 2 more calls. Total bill £84 for which half the party had to wait and watch others eat. Wouldn 't recommend it.
We have been ordering food from this restaurant online for years and it has always been a smooth experience. The ordering process is easy, the delivery person is friendly, and the pizzas are delicious. While the rest of my family typically orders regular pizzas, I have to get the gluten-free option due to my Coeliac Disease. Papa John's makes the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. I have tried other pizza places in search of a good gluten-free option and finally found one at Papa John's. In a recent experience, my daughter accidentally forgot to request the gluten-free crust for my pizza. We called the restaurant in Cleveley Thornton (Lancashire) hoping they had not already made it. They had, but they went above and beyond to make me a second pizza with a gluten-free crust. They even delivered both pizzas, so we ended up with a free one. Paul, who we spoke to on the phone, was incredibly kind and accommodating. We are now all fans of Papa John's, especially Paul, for their exceptional customer service. They truly went the extra mile to make things right for us, even though it was our mistake. Three cheers for Papa John's (and Paul)!
I ordered online for 1 pizza, 2 soft drinks, and exchanged a side order for points. The online order went smoothly, I received an email confirmation, made the payment, and the order arrived. However, both drinks were incorrect and the side order was missing. When I called the shop to address the issue, the person who answered the phone was unhelpful and dismissive. They claimed that the supervisor, Trina, said it was not their problem and at least I still got the drinks. I was disappointed with the customer service and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Good luck to anyone else who has to deal with them on the phone.
Terrible experience. I called and spoke to a staff member, but the manager refused to replace my order. Additionally, the driver couldn't find my house, resulting in my order arriving cold.
Our favourite pizza takeaway. Never disappoints. Discount codes a plenty. I don’t think we’ve ever paid full price for a meal. Service was great.
