The Rising Sun - Wyre Forest

A great find, it was my first visit on Sunday 27.3.2022. What a find, a traditional English pub that hasn't been spoilt. I went on my own, which can sometimes be a challenge, however, a friendly place, good selection of all drinks, clearly a great pride in cellar management , sociable, welcoming and above all friendly, , and it will not be my last visit. Thank you .

This pub is a really good, local pub with friendly locals. You are always welcome and the beer is reliably of a high standard.

Traditional pub with a focus on wet sales. They know how to look after their beer and offer a good selection of top shelf products.

Myself and a group of friends have visited here several times taking part in the quiz they have on Tuesday nights. As outsiders , we were always made very welcome by the staff and the locals. The beers are all kept very well, and we often had their ham or cheese cobs, which were very nice. I 'd really recommend this pub to quiz lovers on a Tuesday night.

A really good pub serving a great range of beers along with snacks which include rather tasty pork pies. The atmosphere is good and from what I have seen and heard a variety of different events are held here on a regular basis. Will have to go back soon.
