Bidra med feedbackLunch tacos. Shell dark beans like bn water. They were terrible
You wouldn’t think that a restaurant in a mall would be this fantastic. Absolutely amazing food and great service. Authentic Mexican food with an English menu. Love this place!
This place had charm. Tucked away in a strip mall it isn’t somewhere you’d know was there unless you walked past it like I did. My dish (3 beef tacos) was authentic enough. They give you the choice of “American way” or “Mexican way”. I chose Mexican. I’m comparing these to my local favorite tacos so I unfortunately can’t give them a 5. The beef was ground and appeared to be in some kind of gravy it was very runny. The flavor was ok. I prefer a more loose ground beef or steak. The sides were small but sufficient. The tacos were not served with any authentic Mexican peppers or pickled toppings. I was hoping for some avocado at least. Also to note, it was pretty pricey. Our bill came out to be almost $25 a plate (as shown below). This is one of the restaurants that you’d have to decide for yourself if you like it or not. Overall, it wasn’t bad.
Absolutely awful and RACIST.This place has severly gone down hill. I have come here a few times with family in the past and had a good experience, what was the difference? Last time was a long time ago, and I visited with my Hispanic family, including my father who knows the staff quite well. This time I visited with my girlfriend, she is white and I am Cuban and have a very light complexion, I usually order in English when I am out at any Hispanic restaurant with her, and that was very revealing this time. The waiter barely attended us, had an attitude, and completley disappeared after our food arrived. The food was okay at best, and took forever to come out. In that time we saw two African American couples walk out due to a lack of service.Okay, maybe it was just bad service? They 're probably not racist right? Nope. When we went to the front counter to pay our bill, I overheard the waiter talking about those stupid gringos to his coworkers. When I stared at him he smiled, gave a thumbs up, and said all good friend while laughing with his coworkers. To which I confronted him in Spanish, informing him I 'm cuban leaving him completely shocked and backpedaling oh I thought you guys were gringos im from cuba too The funny thing is, if I had ordered in Spanish, he would have treated us better, thats plain racism, and I have never thought I would have experienced that at a Mexican restaurant, from a guy who was from the same city as my parents.I will NEVER come here again, and unless you speak Spanish and like mediocre food, I recommend you stay away too.
Great Food and Hospitality..food came out in a timely manner..I had the Mexicano Pollo
