Mr Kebab - Wycombe

Must say after going to mr kebab for years and never having an issue the last two times I’ve been there’s been issues the staff who I’ve spoken to have been so rude and unhelpful and after years of going there I just wouldn’t go again after the way the staff there have spoke to me just because they seem to not be bothered to help you. Just feels like the company’s changed hands tbh..

Everything about this place is awful. The food is tasteless. cold and greasy. The Manager has no customer service skills and is non apologetic for cold and greasy extremely late food. To try and get my order I had to speak to the Manager twice and the driver 3 times to get my food which was horrible as you can imagine being so late. I informed him that I was unable to eat it. His response was I will do nothing. I ordered previously from his chicken again and they delivered lamb that I could not eat. Again I spoke to him and he would do nothing. I would never order from them again their food is greasy and tastless there is a lot better places to order from around the area. The customer service from the Manager is non existent and they need to realise that their food is not good and understand that they will only survive by good food and customer service both of which they have none and having future recommendations.

Always order the Mixed Kebab 1 and have never been disappointed! Amazing tasting kebab meat along with mouth watering chicken and the lamb oh my gosh the lamb is just beautiful!! Always my go to kebab place as it has never failed me in taste or the ability to fill me up and i can eat a lot but even i end up often having to leave some for lunch the next day as my eyes become too big for my belly lol! Great food though and i would highly recommend!

Have ordered 6 times from here. 2 have been good but 4 have been inedible will not be going again as cannot keep risking it. Had one amazing Pizza really good value. Ordered on two further occasions and they put the wrong toppings on and it was so so sloppy you couldn’t even pick it up it was like wet dough. Tried the Donner Kebabs same thing first one great the next occasion the kebabs were so dried out and over cooked they went straight in the bin. Tonight’s was by far the worst dry tasteless kebab and burnt chips so give up. It’s a shame as prefer to support local businesses.

I am out raged by this place food ok over priced received a chicken wrap with cheese to get a stone cold wrap pretty much just all cheese £7.00 for this then to ring up and be hounded with abuse honestly so shocked by his rudeness how they have become so sucesfull I do not know told that I should collect from now on sorry mate there's an option for delivery and collection for a reason I'm not dragging my kids out because you can't get an order right and intend to rip people off I will not be returning along with friends
