Royal Spice - Wychavon

My mother and I, both of South Asian descent, were served undercooked food at this restaurant. When we politely informed our server that our food was raw, we were met with racist comments and hostility. The staff made it clear that they did not want to serve people like us, despite the fact that the food was not prepared properly. To make matters worse, they charged me for the full meal even though they had thrown it all away. This restaurant is awful, and the people who work there are equally terrible.

Good food and service is first class at Royal Spice, always a warm welcome with a fabulous menu all cooked freshly for you. Never fails to impress. Highly recommend.

Delicious food, great service. A family of 4, we were served quickly and was always asked if we needed anything. Food was delicious and I liked the fact our starter order was taken prior to asking for our main meal which gave us more time to peruse the menu. The food was presented beautifully and attention to detail. One of the best local Indian Asian restaurants! Thank you

Been getting emails from here every Friday with 20% off offers for takeaway. Finally thought we'd give it a go. But wish we hadn't. Delivery was half hour late. Food was watery and little taste to the dishes sauces. My Veg vindaloo had very little flavour, just had heat. Other family members said that all 3 dishes were luke warm, and although they came free, the papadoms were soft and yogurt mint sauce was warm. (Warm yogurt is not good). Majority of takeaways and restaurants in Stourport on Severn are very good. We will stick with those we know and will not use Royal Spice of Hartlebury again.
