Bengal Spice - Wychavon

We have used Bengal Spice for since their inception at the Talbot Inn Droitwich but after waiting over one and a half hours and being told the driver had just left. The food arrived shortly afterwards and despite having paid online as per usual, the delivery driver asked for payment. I said that I had paid and when she couldn 't get hold of the manager on the phone, I rang and put the phone on speaker spoke to one of the staff.who said that I had paid but they didn 't know to whom it belonged. Bearing in mind that I always tell them my name address from the start also put my name as a reference on the transaction I did not believe it but said nothing. On opening our delivery the meals proved to be lukewarm, but having waited for over an hour a half having spent the day doing building work in the garden we ate the starters but I then rang to advise them of the situation. I was told in no uncertain terms that as we had eaten them that they could do nothing. No mention from them regarding the uneaten mains! Subsequently, I received a telephone call from the manager (somehow he miraculously knew both my name telephone number! Apparently, it would appear that complaining about lukewarm food seems to be considered being rude as I was advised that I had been rude to both the person on the telephone the delivery driver, which was completely false pointed it out to him. He said that in future I should ask for him, but when I said that it shouldn 't be necessary as he employed people to take the orders he responded with, It 's your money, you can spend it where you choose. Naturally, I shall take his sage advice spend it elsewhere if I wanted to be heating a takeaway up at home I would buy one from a supermarket.

Order came late and cold king prawn puree had 3 small prawns dont know what main coarse is like could not eat any more. prices had gone up and we were not told promised to bring new menu never did. had food from here for years but not any more.

Ordered food at 5.00 received at 6.15. Long wait for 3 starters. Onion bajis dry no flavour king prawn had no king prawn just 2 chopped up bits of a prawn and garlic mushrooms just dried up mushrooms. Best bit was poppadoms and mint dip. Used to be good food but not any more. Shame.

One of the most consistent takeaways I have ever had. Absolutely stunning food, delivered on time and hot every time. I have ordered from Bengal so many times and the quality is always there. The set meal for 2 is an amazing value for money offer and always delivered to a perfect quality. Nothing but love. Thanks guys

We have ordered from Bengal a handful of times now and we have never been disappointed. Food is absolutely amazing, delivery is fast. Highly recommend to anyone! Keep it up guys, see you next Friday haha. Liam
