Anna's is our go-to spot for delicious gluten free cod, chips, and curry sauce. Even though only my husband has celiac disease, the whole family loves eating gluten free here because the batter is always perfectly crispy. We highly recommend Anna's for anyone looking for a great gluten free dining option.
Recently enjoyed a delicious lunch for two at Ann's, where we had cod and a pie served with chips. The fish was tender and moist, while the chips were exceptional - made from high-quality potatoes that were soft and creamy on the inside, and perfectly crispy on the outside. The batter on both the fish and chips was thin, crunchy, and absolutely delicious. We stumbled upon Ann's by chance when our usual chip shop was closed, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. We even received a wedge of lemon, a nice touch that added to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning to Ann's in the future. Keep up the great work!
Been useing this chippie for years. Havent been in for about 4-5 months, It must be under new ownership because the chips are disgusting. The place smells like burnt oil so i dont know whether that has anything to do with it. Sorry wont be going in there again for a while will keep an eye on reveiws.
After holding Anna’s as a firm favourite! I’ve been disappointed for the past three visits! Needless to say I won’t be returning! Unfortunately, after giving more than the benefit of doubt, I have to admit, something has changed at Anna’s and there’s a ‘Distinct difference’ I looked at the reviews! I was so shocked to see such an aggressive albeit passive aggressive response to customer feedback, I decided to write a comment! Anna’s was simply the best chip shop in Droitwich! Easy! Of late, the staff are rude, the food is greasy, the portions have reduced, and there has certainly been a change somewhere?? I’m so not interested in any passive aggressive response from your business, with an option of calling your telephone number as that is horrendously patronising! I have given you three chances, I wanted you to remain my favourite, however your poor food and even poorer rude service has made my mind up. How a company takes feedback says a lot about the company! And I’m afraid the rude responses only serve to confirm my thoughts. If you can’t actually take on board criticism what hope is there! Save your reply as I won’t be reading it! What a shame Anna’s :
