Bidra med feedbackTonight we're trying to eat there. the official kitchen opening time is 22:00, at 20:45 the waiters said, for us we can eat the kitchen is completely cleaned, good bye. Do not eat there lazy waiter, lazy high prices no service. it was so regrettable that the waiters and chefs can do this.
We had to take off the swedge in the elberfeld district; instead we went all the way to barm. we found this restaurant however on a back road and what a restaurant! the children loved to sit in a small holiday home...im restaurant itself, and were happy with cevapcici and goulasch. we tried the “Donau burning saber”, i.e. the burning donausabre, which was a mixture of many different types of meat that were on the table flambée. Of course everyone was satisfied, and this is a restaurant that we will get back for a long time, both for eating and atmosphere.
Once they come into the restaurant, they are impressed by the decoration. every single table is located in a small house, caves or terraces. funny concept, interesting to have a look at them. later they discover the food and it is a second reason to come back. I was in there twice, every time I went to wuppertal. Eat is good, meat naturally and the apple pie is great.
We had intended to go off the Schwebebahn in the district of Elberfeld; instead we went all the way to district Barmen. However, we found this restaurant on a back street - and what a restaurant! The children loved to sit in a small cottage inside the restaurant itself, and were happy with cevapcici and goulasch. We tried the “Donau brennender Säbel”, meaning The burning Danube sabre, which was a mix of many different meats, flambée at the table. Needless to say, everyone was satisfied, and this is a restaurant we will rembember long, both for food and atmosphere.
Once you get into the restaurant you get impressed by decoration. Every single table is inside a small "house", cavern or terrasses. Funny concept, interesting to have a look at them.Later you discover the food and it is a second reason to come back. I've been twice in there, every time I went to Wuppertal. Food is good, meat of course and the apfelfannenkuchen is awesome.
