Central Kebab And Burger House

I requested my chicken kebab to be well-cooked, but it was not cooked as I had asked. In fact, everything I ordered was served cold. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.

Ordered online time confirmed then waited 1 hour and 15 mins after the time and 2 phone calls it finally turns up. Never ordering from them again

We visited Central Kebab House for the first time on Friday, June 15th after it was recommended by our colleagues. We have tried other places, but this one is definitely the best. It was the most delicious kebab we have ever had! The presentation was lovely, the chicken pieces were a great size, and there was plenty of it. If you're in need of a tasty kebab, look no further than Central Kebab House. Highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager or owner. We ordered the mix chicken and donet kebab but on delivery no doner meat was on our order. We rang to inform them of the mid product to receive a barrage of abuse from the manager accusing us of lying about the order, I kindly asked for her to stop being rude to which she continued to raise her voice and screaming down the phone, we asked for the food to be sent and pay the difference, was told that hey would not deliver the food and hung up. I am absolutely disgusted and annoyed at the way we as paying customers have been treated. Will definitely be boycotting this outlet.

Terrible terrible Customer service!!! I order from here regularly and have done for years. Order a kebab and it comes with Mayo and no chilli, my other one which should have chilli and no Mayo again comes no chilli but covered in Mayo. They admit order wrong but won’t replace it all. They then turn up at door with replacement (just one not full order) and still arguing the toss on the doorstep. Will not order from here ever again or recommend!! Customer loyalty and good customer service clearly not high up on their agenda.
