Quick service and on time Only slightly under cooked around the edge 2 stars as I selected chicken pizza and I couldn’t see any chicken!! All pizzas were warm no issues with delivery

I’ve had some disappointing takeaway experiences but this was the first time I’ve ever paid for one and didn’t receive it. The house number for the Airbnb I am staying wasn’t on the Dominos website drop down menu so instead I selected the postcode and entered the house number in the delivery instructions along with a reference to my big white van which was parked directly outside the front door. After placing my order online I immediately called the store to confirm the instructions had been received and understood, “yes no problem” the staff member replied. 30 minutes or so later I received a call from the driver who seemed to be at the correct postcode, only 0.7 miles down the road. Again I gave her the same instructions as I provided initially and we ended the call. For good measure I text her the house number a google maps pin to the front door of my house. Over the next 40 minutes we exchanged 6 phone calls going back and forth with directions, whilst I stood outside in the bitter cold as she was half a mile away in a straight line apparently using the pin location in 4 different maps . Finally, assuming that my pizza was stone cold, I had no choice but to cancel and request a refund. No goodwill gesture in the shape of a voucher or discount was offered for my ordeal just a simple “ok sorry” and now I wait 5 working days for my money back… Be vigilant Dominos customers!

The dough was undercooked. I expressed my concerns, and they replaced it with a burnt pizza instead. What a joke!
