Papa Johns Pizza - Worcester

Ordered a squared-cut pepperoni stuffed crusted speciality pizza but ended up receiving a plain cheese pizza that was not even cut into slices. Carryout policy is horrible and requires you to return to the site with the pizza for an exchange within 30minutes . Not worth the drive back when you live rather remote. Tip for carryout customers: check your pizza on-site or you mayget ripped off.

I just ordered 4 pizzas and I was amazed to see so much fat on the pizza and additionally raw. I have to inform you that previously the Manager was from India and gave excellent service ???? and since the change of manager now the service is lousy Iwill not return to them buy ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Never received food although site stated delivered. Called repeatedly. Informed the employee and she said my food will be arriving in a few minutes. It’s been over an hour.

So good! The Papa John’s near us closed so this was such a treat.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service at this location! Thank you so much girls for the delicious pizza, wings and cookie! But especially for the great customer service!!
