Oak Barrel Tavern - Worcester

This place is a gem also known to me and my friends as slaptownusa, try the Buffalo Chicken dip!!!! ?

Plenty of parking, plenty of seating. Our bartender was very attentive and made delicious drinks (cosmo and martini). I have been a few times and haven't had a bad meal yet. I have even ordered out and still the same attention to detail. A great neighborhood pub.

This restaurant truly earns its four stars with a vibrant atmosphere, though it can be quite loud, typical for a tavern. The burgers are unexpectedly exceptional; my bacon cheeseburger was cooked to perfection. The fried pickles were decent, standard for what you'd expect. However, I wouldn't recommend the truffle mac cheese as it had an overpowering imitation truffle oil flavor that was unappealing.I've dined here before and had enjoyable experiences each time. Overall, it’s a good place for a casual meal with friends and family.

Saturday April 27th aprox 2:30pm. Stopped by for a couple drinks before heading off to a show. Our bartender was a very knowledgeable man, who recommended 2 beers and they both hit the spot and did not disappoint! I forget his name off hand but he was bald and tan! Recommend stopping in and the food looked delicious as well! Great atmosphere!

From out of town and we decided to use this restaurant for a little get together we were having absolutely amazing all around experience. Manny the server and bartender who took care of us was great, and Keith the manager was nothing but accommodating. Food and drinks were great too! Definitely would recommend!
