Bidra med feedbackFirst time visit to BTs. Was looking for a buffalo chicken sandwich. No dice. I did however discover BT's Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. I also ordered a medium sized cup of brisket chili. The order totalled approx $16. ....without a drink. It's a bit pricey but damn it's good! One notable mention is the awesomeness of their staff. Whoever does your hiring is right on! I'll be back.
I'm a huge BBQ fan and absolutely loved this food. Pulled pork was phenomenal and every side I tried was worth going back for on it's own! You can get just cups or even pints of both the hot and cold sides. I've definitely gone in a few times just to get some mac and cheese when the salad I brought to work isn't cutting it for lunch. Lots of sauces to choose from for whatever style of BBQ you like
Yikes! It was our first time and we wanted to like it, we really did. Sadly, there were way too many things wrong with our meal. Brisket was cold, taste of gas, potato salad had a brown color and did not taste good. Mac cheese was also cold and not tasty at all. The corn bread, we just did not dare to try it.
As someone who frequents the Texas’s barbecue scene a lot, I think BT’s is okay. Similar to their name, I think their fried chicken sandwiches are the real stars of the show, but those tend to vary from overly salty to mildly bland. Their brisket is okay, not really melt in your mouth or juicy like a southern cut, but fatty enough to know you’re eating brisket. The ribs we’ve had before here don’t really fall of the bone and are a little on the drier side, which if that’s your thing then thats something to look forward to. I actually really liked the fries here which was the only thing that didn’t taste exclusively salty and are fairly well seasoned. The folks there are nice and there’s plenty of space to sit and enjoy your food. Overall, I do think this is a decent place relative to the northeast, but know that it’s not Texas or southern level.
Lucky find, driving to Worcester State for volleyball state finals, needed a quick bite, found a great one. excellent prices for this quality, we really enjoyed the $16 brisket platter with sides of collard greens, baked beans, cucumber salad, potato salad. Delicious brisket, enjoyed all the sides, great friendly service, and you can tell the regular customers love the place. the atmosphere is cafeteria . the only negative is none of the bbq sauces were interesting (I added the hot sauce to the sweet one). will come again if I 'm back in the area!
