Bidra med feedbackIt 's been on my to do list to check out the newer neighbors of The Hangover Pub, located on Green Street in Worcester- Broth. Broth has some interesting dishes and beverages. I ordered an Iced Apple Green Tea, green tea encompassing delicate yet noticeable hints of apple and local honey feels refreshing and has a unique spin on the pallet while still embodying the soul of a tea. I also ended up ordering a Mango Limeade too. I ordered two starters. The Kimchee Bacon Rice Balls, and handmade dumplings made using fresh ground pork, ginger, soy, which came with a spicy dipping sauce. The Bacon Rice Balls bursted with many well ballenced flavors in every bite, it was difficult to pace myself eating these, because they were so yummy that I wanted to stuff my face in them. The dumpings were lightly golden, and each one was handmade with love. I found it interesting how the ginger popped a bit forward with every chew, it was fun and played with my taste buds and the spicy dipping sauce was great, it had just the right amount of a spicy bite to it. Finally, the main attraction arrived before my eyes, my Tripple Pork Ramen. The first thing I noticed was the gracious peice of pork belly floating next to the egg. This bowl was serious business, and so was my hunger. I attacked the slab of pork belly first, almost forgetting to enjoy it with the rammen, it was so good and tender! I could shake it with my chopsticks and get a good bite size peice, no hassle, just straight down to business, literally the definition of 'fall off the bone tender ' even though there are no bones involved, just bites! And even after, it still had plenty of bacon and pulled pork to satisfy the black hole that is, my stomach. The Ramen noodles had perfect texture, and the broth was mouthwatering, encompassing all that was within it and then some, with it 's herbs, bold meaty flavor, and scallions. The staff were friendly, and characters! Being nestled in Worcester, I don 't need to drive far out of my way for good Ramen now?! Like the Terminator said, 'I 'll be back! ' (Y)
I come in with the biggest appetite thinking I can easily eat 2 of these bowls. But after 2 “Winter Soldiers” and an appetizer... that bowl is definitely my limit! The food is definitely prepared with love and I would recommend this place to everyone to try it out! It’s definitely a hidden gem.
This has been a long time coming for Worcester. I'm so glad someone finally did it. It was fantastic from start to finish. Great cocktail menu, great sake selection, simple appetizers, and ramen that hits every aspect of what you want in a meal. Everyone that works there was super fun to talk to. The owner came around, made sure everyone had a good meal, was happy to talk about the amazing Marvel art work and generally seems like a great guy. I will definitely be going back to try the rest of their menu and their new stuff once they rotate in new things. I'd recommend it for anyone that likes ramen and wants a fun, chill, easy going kind of place and generally anyone who likes good food.
This place is awesome the menu is simple and fine and everything is made fresh. The Chicken pot pie is my favorite dish. This is one place I recommend to stop by and have some great food.
The food is excellent. The service as well. We came at the lunch rush and understandably had to wait a bit. During our wait, a server offered us memoirs and asked if he could get us drinks to hold us over for the time being. Very attentive even while crowded. Nice! The unique brews were a definite perk; some very cool choices! The food also was unique, in the best possible way. The fusion of Ramen and other cuisines (Chicken Parmigiana, Clambake, Barbeque) was bold and clever. Definitely successful! The decor was awesome! There's a superhero theme, with original artwork from actual comic book artists! The graffiti style accents were edgey but still family friendly. Definitely going back!
