Bidra med feedbackWhat a perfect spot, let me tell ya. We tried Addie lees for the first time and it was so perfect and what my partner and I had been looking for that we came back the next day. Right by the Hanover, I wish there was a bigger sign for the shop because this place deserves ALL the attention. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the music is the perfect mix of chill and fun, it makes you feel at home waiting for your dinner. The food was NEXT. LEVEL. you could tell there’s love in that kitchen because wow.. Perfection. The smothered pork chops and the ribs. Unbelievable. Could not recommend this place more!
Passion and excitement in the food is no longer there. Potato salad, My favorite side dish tastes too whipped with old mayo.
Really good bbq. Had them at a woosox game. 4 baby back bones and fries for 15 bucks. Not to spicy and very meaty. 5 bucks for candied yams that were awesome.
Been wanting to try this place for years I finally did let me tell you I’m already ready to go back for more !!! Woooow is all I can say’ this food is too tier amazing !!!! the price you cannot beat ! I was shocked ! Please go here asap it’s worth it 1000% thank you guys ! Can’t wait to go back !
Food: the chicken was cooked to the perfect tenderness and crispy skin. I also enjoyed it with the barbecue sauce as well. The mac cheese has a nice balance to cheese and noodle, but could be a bit more creamy cheesey and the collard greens were made with just the right amount of salt/vinegar. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the fan of a cornbread. It was a little bit dry to my liking, and it wasn’t quite sweet enough either. Service: nice folks that have been in the business for years, def have serve themselves a spot on the community. Ambiance: it’s a rather old school building that brings an old jazz to it, almost like a cafeteria in the 50’s. However, they don’t really have a sign to show you where this is so you just wanna look for a brick building that has the address number for you to actually find it. Location accommodation: it’s near the Worcester Hanover, which is nice if you ever want some good soul food, but also parking is not so great and so you may need to take a little walk down.
