Café Nature definitely is one of them. Located at the ground floor of Oaks apartment and it provides the facility of visitor underground carpark if you are early enough. Stepped in and found that the lay-out si good to have high ceiling and nice comfortable dining area. I believed that this cafe is running by a group of passionate Taiwanese since I found that they also serve bubble-tea besides the normal cafe menu. Since it was my vegetable day, I ordered my flat white and the Roasted Veg with scrambled Egg. Service is attentive, friendly with sincere smile and production time is efficient. Coffee presented without nice coffee art and slightly weak to me; however, the savoury dish regained lots of marks with rich varieties of roasted vegetables and perfectly prepared scrambled egg. Overall, I am impressed with this café and definitely will return for the bubble-tea one day.

I've been here since the opening and the prices have gone up, the iced coffee and peach ice tea are alright also the price is high. The bubble/ice tea have options of topping such as pearls, jelly and stuff they cost extra.
Staying at the Oaks apartments above, thought I'd check this place out, looked like it had a good vibe from the outside. I love my coffee and I found this one quite nice, strong and smooth without sugar. I was after a really healthy vegetarian salad type option and the closest thing I could get was the roasted veggies with Cous cous and salad leaves. It was okay, didn't like when I heard the microwave being used for heating though, the menu was quite basic, perhaps the all day breakfast options are their main focus. Was going to try their cold brewed coffee but that was unavailable. Probably wouldn't eat there again but would return for the coffee.
Perfectly positioned within the inner-central part of town, just a bit away from a residential area, right next to not only the Pacific Highway, but also the south-east busway, and the south-east freeway bikeway, and right next to a small Seventh Day Adventist Church, it is safe to say that Coffee Nature definitely has an accessibility to it that already puts it in an advantageous position. Better yet, it is down the bottom of some residential apartments itself. Serving coffee in a setting and style not unlike what could be found in Market Square, there is definitely something admirable to takeaway from its outlay, and product. Beforehand, my house mate/dining buddy tried to go here, but patience and being persistent paid off because eventually it was tried out. And from trying it, this is a place that has a lot of potential. After getting a good breakfast out, there was still some unfinished business to attend to. That was to get a coffee, since there was no luck at the first place in doing so. What this resulted in was my dining buddy/house mate having an idea - or so he said - about a place to get to, and it was preferable that it be somewhere nearby. Nevertheless, this accumulated to a trip around town and sooner or later the car was around this part of town; disappointed that from what he saw - as it appeared - the place was closed, except it wasn't as I pointed out. This was after a U-turn, and with a quick dive into a parking space the two of us were heading right in here for a coffee. I will put it out here and say this is more what I think about with associating the term "coffee shop", albeit it is a little more sparse and minimalistic. That is to say, it has less to do with the appearance of the place and more to do with the atmosphere and aesthetics - both of which match up considerably well. The ceiling is high, and it has exposed brick walls all around. Fake vines and plants adorn to create a look, and there are a few tables inside. The entire outer perimeter is glass, which on the right weather (i.e. raining as it was then) makes for an even better aesthetic. It is spacious, it is simple, and knows the right balance. Being a Chinese run place, the service is as you would expect. They have the utmost dedication to having it be efficient and quick as possible, however it is often impersonal with the delivery. Drop and run is there modus operandi, no time for anything else. That is not a criticism on their part, but merely an observation. For something quick, something on the side, this method of delivery does have its place. The usual counter service is the method here, where you go up and pay for your items before finding a table and waiting. The menu here is more or less straightforward cafe fare. As per usual, you can expect the all-day breakfast with all the usual options and then some more substantial ones for those who can eat a lot more. At around lunch time, there is the general options of some burgers, some sandwiches and all the ilk. In addition to that, the cabinet is full of all kinds of cakes and sweets to have with a coffee, in which they have quite the variety. However, it gets even better. Much like anything that is Chinese, or Japanese (plus maybe some others) owned and gives the authentic vibe, even a menu the size of a small book will not suffice; specials aplenty are advertised via the picture on the counter. What I am trying to mention is that a great surprise was available here, and that is bubble tea. None of the sugary, syrupy crud either - but real flavours are going into these drinks. Often I would have immediately gone for the usual order but seeing one picture near the coffee machine for an "iced latte" which was advertised with the tapicoa pearls. You can't pull the wool over my eyes, this was a coffee milk tea - the favourite of mine when going to a bubble tea bar. So it was with that that I went for that beverage. To go alongside it, the needed sweet to the coffee, I recall it being a macadamia tart. From the first sip of this sucker, I knew it was very good. Coffee milk teas often have that distinct coffee flavour with them, however those are more reminiscent of coffee-flavoured milk or a milkshake; this was one that taste like an actual shot of espresso - and a really strong one as that. It was not the least bit sweet or sugary, just the way that I like it. There is no doubting that they were using the same coffee beans for this beverage as they were with the espresso-based ones being ordered. Aside from that great hit of caffeine, it tasted good with a slightly chocolatey note, the texture of it was really smooth, which meant that it was some good quality milk they sourced for the drink. Plus, those tapioca pearls are not the best base addition to bubble teas, they are the only addition - what other one is as good for slurping up the straw as them? Chewy, soft and delicious. This may well be the damned best bubble tea in town right here. I also had a sip of my dining buddy's cappuccino. This was so perfectly made, that I swear I have to come back here to try it to be rest assured that they might be one of the best coffee shops in town. It is a bit too soon for it to proclaim such a high honour, however with time it will get the word of mouth across and become already more popular that it currently is. Getting back to the coffee, the milk was textured perfectly and there was the aforementioned chocolatey flavour to go with it. Whatever the blend was, it was a pretty good one. I really wish I could remember what it was. Nevertheless, both the coffee and the bubble tea from here are recommended. So in trying out the sweets, I got a macadamia tart, and my dining buddy got some banana bread. There is not too much to really say about them other than they were both tasty. The banana bread was lightly toasted - and this time wasn't the crisp kind - plus had a small bit of butter on it. Its taste was not overpowering with said banana, and it was soft and moreish. The macadamia tart was also good, with a slight caramelisation over the nuts, which were crunchy, and it was on top of a solid biscuit base. These may not be ground-breaking or anything, but they are worthy of being alongside a nice coffee. While at the moment it is a fresh and new place, already from an observation of the place, in what it offers and everything, I am being optimistic for how well it will do. All up, what it is is nothing that is unique or really needs too much discussion; Coffee Nature is akin to a coffee house - similar to what comes to mind when hearing that aforementioned term. It is simple with the design, that gives it a lot of space and has a chilled, laid back atmosphere to it. It provides some good coffee, a decent meal, and some sweets, plus it is perfect as a place for locals to meet up. If it were possible for Coffee Nature to be open late at night, I could easily foretell that it would make an absolute killing. The essential basics for a success are right there in their hands, but what is really on show here is an advantage. It is quiet enough, it is close enough to the busway, the church, and multiple apartment buildings, and the area is high with numbers of students. Good luck and good fortune is on their side. TL;DR: From an observation here, this more or less is the standard kind of cafe for the most part. It gets that distinct, unique flavour - one that is hard to describe, and a little tricky to pinpoint though you know it is there - when it is at the hands of Chinese management. The drinks are quite good, the bubble tea is an admittedly unique angle if unsuspecting, and you get what you get with service and that. If I do get a chance to take someone here, it might be the chance to try their fare out - but the real reason to visit here is the coffee.
