Papa John's Pizza - Woodward

I called twice to order a pizza for lunch, no answer. Called the Convenience Store, no answer. They obviously don't care about your business, but judge from the reviews of this place I'm not sure I would give them my business in the future. Too bad.

This pizza was definitely reheated. I've never had dad jokes that tasted so bad. It would be good for a tank heater pizza, but I'd better expect Papa Johns. I thought I was in trouble when my pizza was finished in less than 5 minutes and I ordered a pizza. I'm sure they had a cold one that was never picked up and they just saved it and led it through the oven when I ordered. Not cool. I'll say in the past, her pizza was very good at this place. I think many places in Woodward have been on the hill since the last time I was back a few years. I think their oversized economy might fight.

Ordered diet Pepsi got regular pepsi (driver went back to the store to correct). Ordered additional sauces which weren't included. Called the store so the driver could bring them. Edited to add: it took the driver over 30 minutes to return (less than 4 miles distant). By then, I was done eating. Guess I'll drink my diet Pepsi for dessert and the sauces will go to waste. Ordered bacon cheese bread sticks. Got regular bread sticks. Label on the box read bacon cheese bread sticks. Didn't realize it until I was half way through the sticks. Overall, the delivery was 15 minute after estimated time given. The pizza and bread sticks showed it. Definitely not hot. More like a step or two over luke warm. Gave 2 stars only because of the prompt correction without fuss. Otherwise, it would be 1 star. If you would get your act together, your definitely have much more business from me as well as more stars. Edited to add: I had to take a star away because of return time of driver.

Order Pizza was told 15 to 20 min for delivery. 45 min later we get this pizza with all the blows on one side that is overrun in box. Unexcept!

I called to place an order of the family special, this papa johns had specifically mailed coupons between 2-11 and 2-13 for the family special. When we ordered and told them we had a coupon they told us that that was just a January special. We told them the coupon didn?t expire until 3/27/20 and they told us they still wouldn?t honor the coupon. They were very condescending and rude. We will not order from them again. We will eat Pizza Hut!
