The staff was friendly, and they even refunded my money because the vacuum wasn't functioning. However, it was disappointing that there wasn't a veggie patty available for the vegetarian sub. As a vegetarian, it can be frustrating when that's often the only option.

The Subway section appears to have a high turnover of staff; fortunately, most of them are quite competent. However, service can be a bit slower when newer employees are on duty, as they may lack the experience of their longer-term coworkers. Overall, I generally have a positive experience here, enjoying both a Subway meal and a great cup of coffee. I highly recommend this OTR, as it offers a better experience compared to many other petrol stations in the Woodville area.

I've been a customer here since it opened, and the staff is always kind. This OTR location has fuel, coffee, Moe’s dog shake, Krispy Kreme donuts (basic flavors), Brumby’s, BP fuel, and a great selection of snacks. They are competitive with the fuel prices at nearby stations. The Subway section seems to have high employee turnover; while most staff members are quite good, service can be a bit slower when new employees are on duty. Overall, it's still a pleasant experience to grab a Subway and enjoy a great cup of coffee here. I highly recommend this OTR; it provides a better experience than many other fuel stations in the Woodville area.

British Petroleum (BP) consistently provides excellent fuel quality.

I was disappointed by the service at the subway. The sub I got was the worst one I’ve ever had, and my friends agreed. It felt like a waste of money.
