Bidra med feedbackStood in line for 10mins waiting while 2 registers were open and only 1 person working. Seams like drive thru is more important then making sure that custys are served. Not a good experience. This isn't the first time that this has happened here. Also waiting for an order and people behind u get there's first isn't
Owners!!! please teach your staff to change gloves after handling money from the register.I noticed the cashier starting to make the next order after handing me my change through the drive thru window.Money is dirtier than a toilet seat. Employees need to get a new pair of gloves after touching money or a debit machine.
Got a large DD and it comes like this... I believe I paid for a full cup. Not impressed.

Unfortunately this Tims is just slow to begin with.Having to repeat an order2 times after saying it to 2 different attendants while in-between serving the clients at the window simultaneously. You would think they would have your full attention when they say can I take your order pls ,not the case, their speaking with the client at the window only to come back and say can you repeat that pls so again 1 Med coffee 2 sugar 3rd time and this was not my first visit,I frequent this location when Iam out that way.
