Daba Indian Cuisine - Woodstock

We were a party of 2 couples on Saturday 20 Jan 24. We arrived about 30minutes late, we were welcomed by lovely staff and all agreed had a really nice meal/evening.

This was our second visit. Food and beer were tasty. Service was ok. Main problem was that the air temperature in the restaurant was very cold. I nearly ate with my coat on, but didn’t. Atmosphere of the restaurant is a bit lacking. Could do with having some background music playing.

We came from Devon on Monday 16/10/23 after helping a few charity events around Kidlington. Googled DabaSpice Indian. We greeted with a glaring stare from a waiter who gave us a table. The whole experience was exhausting. It took me about ten minutes to explain the merlot and then he served in a cooler with ice. Waiter couldn't explain any of the dishes. Very odd experience, the food was however good but waiting staff are imcompitent and don't understand English, which is a shame.

Really nice food, great tasting bhuna and chicken was cooked perfectly, would definitely order from here again, thanks

Family take away, no complaints, I had a lamb biryani and it was glorious, we had 2 curry's and starters that were delicious, well recommended
