The Captain's Boil Woodstock

A new restaurant we tried..didn not know that it was open for 7 months.and the sad part only 7 reviews.It was just ok.. French pommes were the best thing on the menu we ate..fried shrimps were the frozen species..hush puppies were also cold on the inside.. probably not back..

Very good food and excellent service! We have the hush puppies, fried shrimp basket and half a pound of steamed shrimp. Everything tasted delicious and we had some food. It quickly came out and was all hot and fresh! All employees were friendly and helpful without being overlaid. We like to come here!

Very pleasant, if you don't mind getting a little sloppy

I am sure they are short staffed like most places are, so getting greeted took a while…we had to say something to get a server. After that she was good, but it did take a while to get our food, kitchen was backed/slow. Our first time, but it was worth it, our food was good. The overall atmosphere was not something to admire, but that is not really why you would go here. This is a place for hands on sloppy eating!!

The food was very good, especially the seafood fried rice, and the service was excellent..
