Bidra med feedbackThis one is awesome. The team inside is always hustling to take care of customers and I've never had any issues with an order. Worst I can say is that once, when my mom was visiting us, she took my little dog inside with her and they acted like it was a big deal even though she was carrying him. I get it, it may be that some customers don't appreciate having a dog inside of a building that serves food, but at the same time, I see dogs everywhere these days inside of businesses, and not just service dogs. For context, my dog weighs 11 lbs, and he's adorable! ????
Consistently one of the friendliest Starbucks I?ve ever been too : My order has always been delicious and correct. The kind customer service makes this my favorite midday coffee break location in Woodstock.
The worse experience ever. I?m a regular customer at this location. This morning, I was in the drive through and this lady handed me my hot coffee and the lid popped open before putting it in my cup holder. It burned my hand and my leg. I was screaming for help, blowing the horn, nobody came to the window to help me. Finally she brought me some napkins and not even asking me if I was ok or need any medical attention. She just started taking the order from the car behind me. I was very lucky that the coffee wasn?t extra hot.
I really don?t like this Starbucks. The crew is just not friendly and I feel looked down upon. I?m much much more comfortable at Black Rifle. If if I could give this location one piece of advice it would be, ?know who your customer is ?
I ordered a the pesto and turkey sandwich and after I already paid for the food then the guys wants to tell me they are all out. I asked what are similar options and he couldn?t even tell me as if he didn?t know the menu. Train your employees better or dont put them on the register at all . Horrible place and terrible customer service. Do better
