Mcdonald's - Woodstock

They actually got my order for a double fish fillet with extra pickles, slivered sauce and extra tarter Sauce correct thanks to employee Brian. He asked why I did not get fries. Answer, Steak N Shake has much better burgers and since COVID-19 hit they have offered free fries if financially challenged.

The girl taking the payments on this Tuesday night needs a longer break time to cheer herself up but the girl at the second window is a rock star and is super polished, polite and very professional. Wished I could have gotten her name to ensure she gets the credit that she deserves...

The food was warm, good by time. Customer service was missing but not terrible. If I hadn't for food, I would have canceled the attitude.

A top porch with cheese ordered and they gave me chickens instead of beef. Not calling to correct the situation. I have to get up. Manager gave a refund for the entire order and apologized for the inconvenience.

I have these Mcdonalds. It is a heavy traffic McDs but people here know how to move traffic at a fast and reasonable pace. I've been coming here for years and never had problems with my order or the freshness of my food. Love her!
