Marco's Pizza - Woodstock

Dining room was extremely hot, dirty and the workers never once checked on us. The drink machine was not working and they looked at me like I was crazy asking for water. If your not going to have a functioning dining room then close it

Saw they have unlimited Lg 1-Topping Pizzas for $10.99 each, so I figured the family would try out Marcos for the first time. The teenager didn't know how to key in the order for two large pizzas. Nearly $30 seemed high and I got tired of reasoning with him, so I left. He tried I guess.

I love the pizza here normally but not when they mess up my order. The order clearly stated thin crust and light cheese. Not regular crust and 10lbs of cheese. I'm saving you guys money by asking for less cheese, I don't understand why you put so much on it. It's so weird to me.

I’m so tired of ordering from Marcos and they don’t have their stuff together. Expected delivery is 30 minutes. I call after 40 minutes. They proceed to say we apologize but it’s going to be 30 more minutes. They don’t care about their customers. All they do is say sorry. This has happened the last two times. They don’t offer any resolutions or fix the problem. Just “sorry”. Horrible service.

When I WAS Able to Walk Three years ago, I did Pick up an Order. The Restaurant Inside is Visibly Comfy and Warm. BUTT! Let Me Tell You how Wonderful Marco's Staff, Cuisine AND Delivery Service Is! Their Staff is Awesome. I Am in Love with Their Wings! I Order Wings and Chef Salad from Marco's Every Month, without Fail... Try Them, You'll See!
