Charleys Philly Steaks - Woodstock

I purchased my meal and was told they would call my number. After 10 minutes, I went to check in my order and was told it been ready but they can remake it. All 4 employees were talking and looking at the people in the food court and no one called my number.

Pretty decent Philly cheese stake. Service wasn't exceptional but was ok. Great cheese steak.

Good Chicken Philly. Quick service as well. Seating is in the food court so, not really much to say there

Philly steak and the chicken Philly were very delicious. Fries are very dense but I don't go to a steak joint for fries. A little pricey but all in all a good experience.

We ordered through DoorDash and that was the worst cheesesteak we've ever had. I've had better ones at Waffle House! For a place that claims to specialize in cheesesteaks, this was a complete letdown. It tasted like the cheap frozen steak you buy at the grocery store. The fries were also disappointing, reminiscent of the kind you'd get in a school cafeteria. I'm very disappointed! If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, the lowest rating is one star.
