Sizzler - WOODLANDS

This isn't a fancy restaurant, so don't expect top-quality ingredients or expert cooking. It's all about nostalgia. It's about dipping a piece of cheese bread into a bowl of average pumpkin soup. It's about getting creative with crazy taco combinations that you might consider too fancy now. It's about making a mess with your pasta bolognese and trying that strange green jelly. Sure, Sizzler has changed. It's now twice as expensive as it used to be. It still has the same old-fashioned feel, with the same outdated decor, cutlery, dessert bowls, and plastic sporks. But that's part of its charm. Critics can say what they want, but there's something undeniably satisfying about it.

Not terrible but not amazing. I think it is a bit over priced for what you get. You never leave hungry and there is never an excessively long wait to get in.

Se enjoyed our dinner at sizzler.The price seemed a bit expensive but where else do you get all you can eat for this price?...The food was fine..my kids love it.

Amazing steak. I feel a bit silly reviewing Sizzler, but credit where credit's due, I had an amazing steak there today. We're off to Rockpool for dinner tomorrow so I thought getting a substandard steak today would enhance the Rockpool experience tomorrow, but the steak was anything but substandard. I ordered the royal blue rib eye which was served with broccolini and sweet potato fries. I ordered the steak medium and it was a tad over, but still succulent and they obviously add some sort of seasoning because it had an amazing flavour. The broccolini and fries were beautiful too. I decided to skip the salad bar so my meal was only $22 which is pretty amazing value for an excellent steak in Perth. Kids loved their meals too but there wouldn't be too many kids who don't like Sizzler, particularly the dessert bar.
