Gyro Palace - Woodland

We had lunch here today, both my husband and I had the lamb plate. Lamb was tender and flavorful. Basmati rice, salad and pita with humus completed our meal. We were very happy with our meals and had a nice chat with the gentleman who is the owner and chef. Please give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

They give you a hefty amount of food for the price. The owner seems really nice. I would definitely come back here again, most likely become a regular customer. They put a lot of meat in the gyro they don't scimp out. I had a great experience.

Wowza!! This random stop in woodland turned out to be the best gyro I've had in greater sacramento area. HOW IS THIS PLACE NOT MORE WELL KNOWN?! I went here a week ago on my way back from Vacaville. I ordered a steak chicken combo gyro with fries. I also ordered a bolani. The gyro was just absolutely delicious Meats were tender, well seasoned, and juicy. Each table had traditional sauces that one can use to enhance the flavors according to their individual palates. I told my brother about this place and he went with his friends today they all have the same feedback as me (thats what actually reminded me to give this place the feedback it deserves! Haha).
