El Paisano (taco Truck) - Woodland

These are some of the best tacos in the area! The flavor really just comes out in the meat. The radish and carrots they give with their tacos and the cilantro in the tacos are fresh, adding to the taste. The tortillas have a nice crunch to them.

Great food, I think the best thing on the menu is their carnitas torta, never had one as good as this!

This taco truck always draws a crowd! Good food and very nice people working here. The carnitas and chicken tacos are great. The tacos are traditional street tacos with the topping (cilantro, onion) plus they include fresh sliced radishes, pickled carrots and jalapeños AND an excellent half a grilled onion. There is no ambiance, it is in front of an empty storefront in a parking lot, we just ate in the car. However the ingredients are fresh, and they are just so nice! Interestingly enough, they give wedges (multiple) of lemons rather than limes. We were so hungry we forgot photos!

Stingy with the limes…first they tried giving me yellow lemons.. then she gives me two slices for 8 tacos lol.

During my time at school in Davis, this food truck was the main reason we would venture to Woodland. Now, 20 years later, I returned and found they are still here, just as incredible as I remembered. I don't know how they manage to serve such fresh, high-quality, and delicious food at such low prices. The staff is also very friendly.
