The reviews about poor quality and long wait times are all accurate! 30 minutes for us in the drive through. There was no one in line when we got there, ordered right away. When we paid we weren’t given a receipt. One car was parked in the “hold” area ahead of us. After waiting 25+ minutes I walked into the restaurant to see what the hold up was. At least 4 employees were standing around a little office (probably wasting time with a supervisor). I FINALLY got someone’s attention and asked if it would be don’t soon since we had to get going. Was lied to and told they were “waiting on the fries” when I could clearly see tons in the warmer. Finally someone came and scooped the fries from the warmer that they definitely weren’t waiting on and handed me my order without an apology. This place needs some serious attention it’s almost like they treat it like a joke seeing how long they can get people to wait. Service: 1

I stopped here On my way home, after a few days camping and mountain biking at Mount St Helens. I was craving a Blizzard. I came in and stood around for about 5 minutes at the front of the store. There was one other person waiting for their order and another person seated otherwise the restaurant was empty. There were three people in the back; one appeared to be working the drive-thru and the other two appeared to be doing... Nothing! After waiting for someone to respond I walked over to where I could see the two unoccupied teenagers and made eye contact. Still nothing. No just a minute, no I'll be right there, nothing. So I walked out. I can wait but I need to be acknowledged and know that they're at least going to help me at some point. Miserable fail, Woodland dairy Queen! I won't be back. We come here at least twice a month. My husband always order a large strawberry and banana blizzard. And I always get the peanut buster parfait. So the past three visits that we have done. Both items have been poorly made. I just don't understand. Why is it do hard to make these items the right way. Supervisor Alexis could not understand that if there is no restrictions on the board saying that deals have ended, she’s supposed to honour the customer request and then right away make sure they stop false advertising. This site should be shut down for lurking people to believe they have deals when it fact is not true. Pretty dumb supervisor of May think so. Young uneducated and really not dressed to run a fast food place. Food is great and staff are awesome just a dumb Alexis who I would think still in high school. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
