Their website said to call to order a custom cake. I called to order a cake in a different color and the lady cut me off mid sentence to tell me I had to use the website to order.I told her that the website instructed me to call to order a custom cake and she said they don't do custom; that was pre-covid.So because there's a pandemic, you are rude to people who call in and apparently can't do other colors. Using a pandemic as an excuse for bad customer service is bad form.
