San Sai Japanese Grill - Woodland Hills

My first time I tried this place was very disappointing. the staff was rude when I let them know they had given me an incomplete order. I can see this happen since I thought they might have a bad day. but eating it myself, I can only describe as overpriced and bland.

We like the place for fast eating, but today I was despised. I thought I commanded the combo. tempora and roll. if I've got it. it wasn't the box combo I used to get. ibgotc2 garnelen. 2 pieces zucchini and 2 green beans. some pampered tometos and a green salad. no bad soup no tear no sauce for the tampora. it is not in order to calculate 13.95 d. and to cut on the food. no sauce in the table no additional serviettes. Now you have to ask for sauce. that's the end for me, as that was waiting for long. You should never go to the sushi room again. they will be better served. are you still hungry? and above all starving.

Stopped and tried the milk tee with boba and teriyaki chicken plate. I have to say both were really delicious and fresh. the tee cooled me for a hot summer day. I will definitely visit again and try the new Taro-Aroma smoothie. prost!

Today, I visited this restaurant with high expectations. Unfortunately, the cashier made a mistake with my order and then loudly accused my card of being declined in front of other customers. When I finally received my food and took it home, it looked unappetizing and resembled dog food. I was completely disappointed by the experience and will not be returning to this restaurant.
