The service was friendly and efficient. There are no available seating options inside the lobby.

The prices at this restaurant are high and they don't even fill the cup to the size that was ordered. I have been to other places where they give a larger size because they made too much, but not filling it enough is unacceptable. If they make a mistake, they should remake it without making it the customer's problem.

I placed an order for delivery through an app and it has been over 45 minutes, but they are still "working on the order." It should not take that long to make 2 shakes, I could have driven there and back by now. It would be understandable if it was my driver who was delayed, but I haven't even been assigned one because they haven't finished making 2 simple shakes.

I'm usually happy with them but today was no good. I bought their original sanwhich and everything was cold. The egg and the patty. I don't mind waiting a little longer as long as thing get done properly.
