The morning employee, Martin or Martine, was incredibly rude to an elderly white woman simply for asking for extra napkins. When I pointed out his disrespectful behavior towards a senior citizen, he was rude to me as well. This experience has made me not want to support this restaurant anymore, despite being a loyal customer for many years. I observed him being disrespectful to others while waiting, and I’m not sure if he was having a bad day before work and taking it out on customers. If he is representing Burger King, he should be in the back of house instead of the front. Typically, the female workers are kind and courteous, but Martin/Martine was awful. Burger King should consider removing him from the front of house before losing more customers like myself. I will never return because of his terrible attitude and demeanor.
If you only speak english do not come here. not one part of my order was correct. even after cancelling the first order nothing was correct. the kiosk is not readable in the day.
The employees are attentive and quite aware of Burger Kings’ Policy And Procedures
These people don't even know what is their address I was trying to confirm their address after I made a order in the app and they just make me lose my time and I'm leaving with anything and I'm going to get the food from somewhere else. I recommend you avoid this place
