Applebee's Woodhaven

Jordan was by far one of the best servers I have ever had at a restaurant. He made sure our experience was exceptional and was very accommodating. We were extremely impressed!

We had outstanding service for my son's birthday from Jordan H! This incredible man deserves the highest recognition for his exceptional service. Even though they no longer sing at the restaurant, he went above and beyond to make my son's birthday extra special by singing with us. Our party of 8 was treated exceptionally well by him. I truly hope he receives the recognition he deserves because I have never experienced service as amazing as his. We haven't left yet, but I couldn't wait to share my positive experience! I hope the owner of the restaurant sees this review.

Has mom for a steak menu with a dozen garnels for $1 meal today. Mom's middle steak was over cooked and we sent it back. our server was tara and she was great. instead of trying to cook the steak further or simply replace as most places would probably replace applebees mother the entire meal plus the garnels. what a pleasant surprise and great kudos for management for exemplary customer service. We will certainly increase our food at this point. great service all around.

The restaurant experience began with dirty floors and food debris, but after bringing it to the server's attention, they quickly cleaned the area around us. I also informed the management about my allergy to wobble, and they explained that they would cook my food separately on a hotplate to keep me safe. Our server Alec was delightful and very pleasant. Despite the slightly unkempt floors and decor, the meal was worth it. The only suggestion for improvement would be to clean more thoroughly between customers. The coffee they served was recently roasted and very smooth and clean.

I usually sit at the bar to enjoy a beer and a meal. I come with a friend every Monday to take advantage of the very generous veterans 30% off. Since I've gotten to know some of the staff I will often stop by other days just to have a beer and catch up. One individual exemplifies the meaning of friendly, professional and just a joy to be around. Always happy and friendly no matter what. This person's name is Hannah and she deserves the very best that Applebee's has to offer.
