The Mall - Woodhall Spa

The atmosphere at this restaurant is very inviting, especially thanks to the welcoming host Tealin. He has a fantastic personality and genuinely enjoys taking care of his customers. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, with generous portions. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend this place. We will certainly return if we are in the area again.

The food is delicious, the service is excellent. They even have treats for dogs.

The service at this restaurant was lovely, with a very attentive and sweet girl serving us. The food was great, as we ended up clearing our plates.

Six of us went for Sunday lunch to celebrate a birthday five had the beef dinners The beef wasn’t edible it was tough. Some bits were an inch thick. Some bits were paper thin when asked to see somebody that could help us all the staff did not know what to do. The manager all of a sudden wasn’t there but he had been seen 10 minutes before in the bar giving somebody a refund he made us wait nearly an hour before he came to see us saying it’s his day off. He doesn’t have to be there even though he lives above the top of the pub he was rude he was trying to put us all down saying he’s had no reports on the beef being tough today. We was the only ones that has had that problem there’s no way that was true. We asked for steak knives and that won’t even cut it properly. He gave us half our money back after he realised we was not giving up, saying you at your veg, she can only have half your money back. You have a beef dinner for the beef, not the veg if you want a decent meal stay away from this place, there are plenty of nice places in Woodall spa

Terrible food , warned it would be a while ,2 meals took 80 minutes. When did arrive a strange looking hair in my meal , Other persons food was not good, and not consumed. Not heading back .
