Top Char-Grill Chicken & Seafood

I went to this restaurant tonight and had a disappointing experience. I stood at the register alongside another customer while a young girl walked around, ignoring both of us. She then answered the phone with her back to us, and when she finished, she served the other customer who had been waiting a long time. After that, she walked off to fill a gravy container and returned to the register, completely ignoring the fact that I was still waiting to order. She proceeded to serve the next person who walked in without acknowledging me. As someone who has worked in a chicken shop previously, I understand the importance of customer service and having someone available to serve customers. This shop seemed disorganized and lacked structure. Ultimately, I left without placing an order as I couldn't afford to waste 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I have got to eat my words as having their potato salad it was one of perhaps one of the best I have eaten from a chicken shop. I loved the addition of the mustard seeds a nice touch. Will return.

Always helpful staff and a great salad selection. Reasonably priced chickens and a good range of associated products. Very popular with local customers. Why don 't you try them and become another local too

I frequently purchase a schnitzel pack from this restaurant. The take-out shop offers generous portions at a good value. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always busy. Typically, orders are ready in about 10 minutes, but during peak times it can take 20 minutes or longer. It's recommended to call ahead and place your order in advance to avoid a long wait in the shop. They are good at providing accurate estimates over the phone for when your order will be ready.

I have been here a few times. There chicken burger is fine, but they need to improve on their whole chickens. They are so dry we couldn't eat it. The seafood has been pretty good but their calamari is just processed and taste awful. They should take it off the menu who wants processed calamari, no one! Even the salads are just ok.
