Love this place! Fast and easy also. The steak and chicken are both cumin based marinated, and are very tasty. The pickles are delicious also. Love the chopped cucumbers and tomatoes also. The only thing that they could improve are their sauces.
Love this restaurant! It is so fresh and tasty every time. I go there frequently, and last night was no different. Except for the couple In front of me who was ordering several meals and taking their dear. sweet. time. ordering. When it was my turn to order the employee, David, thanked me for waiting and took my order cheerfully. When it came time to pay, he said my meal was on him for the wait! I couldn’t believe it. Very nice and unexpected gesture for a few minutes of inconvenience. His kindness was not lost on me as it was a long day for me and this meal was my reward to myself. As I said I love this place and will definitely continue to patron this restaurant.
Outside of a sit-down Mediterranean restaurant, Naf Naf has the BEST falafel. Seriously so good! And their pita is soft and warm and amazing. Their pickles are to die for, be sure to add them. And I've never had anything like the Naf fries before. Always have to add them. One of my favorite fast- casual places!
In my opinion, the food is excellent and incredibly tasty for the price. However, I've docked a star for the service, which has been inconsistent. When I order online, my ticket is often still on the printer by the time I arrive to pick it up. The staff, particularly the girl who served me tonight, seemed almost robotic. She didn't ask if I wanted a drink or anything on the side; I just got a glass of water. I had to remind her to refill the tiny garlic container, and when I asked for another, she still didn’t fill it. There was little to no eye contact, and I barely received a weak "thank you." When I asked for more refills, it seemed like an effort, and they filled the larger container scarcely more than a spoonful, which feels a bit off from a health perspective. On other visits, the staff has been great, so the service is really hit or miss. It's so simple to just smile and say thank you—most people would appreciate that!
