Here's a helpful tip: the reason this place only gets 3 stars is that Domino's corporate often steps in to give us a free pizza whenever we end up paying for something here. If you don’t order during peak times, you might find yourself waiting an hour and a half or longer for your food. Luckily, the app automatically offers a free pizza if your order takes too long. So, if you enjoy free pizza and don’t mind the wait, this could be a good choice for you. However, if you're really hungry, I recommend going somewhere else, as they aren’t adequately staffed for the size of the area. It’s not the hardworking staff's fault; the issue lies with the management and ownership. Having worked at Domino's for years, I understand the challenges they face. It might be worth asking Domino's corporate to consider opening another store in the area to reduce wait times and the long trips for drivers.
I ordered pizza by phone and she sat me for 20 to 25 minutes to get me. we went to the place to pick him up, they said two hours. what is that?
I understand that finding staff can be challenging, and I don’t hold the employees responsible—it's the franchise owners I blame. I had placed a scheduled order for 1:30 PM. Normally, we’re loyal Pizza Hut customers, but my 5-year-old insisted we try Domino's this time. When we arrived at 1:35 PM with both our 6-month-old and 5-year-old in tow, we put on our hazard lights for car pickup. However, I couldn't navigate the app to indicate our arrival, so we decided to go inside. Unfortunately, we were told that they no longer accept scheduled orders because they were too busy. We calmly canceled our order and opted to head to Pizza Hut instead.
What an absolute joke! Here I was trying to surprise family members with an order I arranged, just like the app said I could, for an hour out, only to have them schedule it for the next day. Even after I “confirmed” the order with someone in store on “a local call”. What an unprofessional mess! Idk if this is a corporate issue or a franchise issue but wow, my disappointment is so low of this franchise I would push for -3 stars if I could. I suggest they organize better or they’re corporate functions need to do so much better for the franchises. Again, what a joke! Get it together dominoes.
