This isn't your typical Tex-Mex restaurant that you see on every corner, they have worked hard creating their menu and perfecting each dish to bring a level of authenticity you don't see very often anymore.My family and I have been coming here for years, service is always fantastic and everyone here is friendly. The food comes fast, out piping hot and delicious. They have done some small renovations and opened up the space giving the restaurant a more modern vibe and have incorporated some beautiful graffiti style artwork on their walls. They even have a nice patio to dine on when the Minnesota weather corporates.My absolute favorite thing about coming to Cilantro is the ice cold frostiest of frosty glasses to poor my Corona Light in.I highly recommend dining at Cilantro, you will not be disappointed with this hidden gem. Vegetarian options: I am not Vegetarian, but they have lots of seafood options, the ceviche selection is amazing. Parking: Located in a strip mall, so there is plenty of parking, they also have parking behind the mall next to the restaurant. Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu, and they have a couple kid friendly claw machines up front. Depending on how adventurous you child is they can have something as basic as a cheese quesadilla, Cheeseburger w/fries, macaroni and cheese, or they can get burritos, tacos and enchiladas. Wheelchair accessibility: located in a strip mall, there are wheelchair ramps along the curb and then everything else is on the same level after you are on the curb.

This place is amazing! I have come multiple times! the chicken tacos, quesabirria tacos, Fajitas are the best !!! 10/10 recommend for a family dinner night or just for drinks with friends. The drinks are just as good as the food, there is a wide variety to choose from ! Overall, the best authentic mexican food i’ve had in the area!

We had a very disappointing experience at Cilantro restaurant. We were surprised by the delay in service, the drinks were served in disposable cups, there were errors on the bill and we were not served what we ordered. Plus, canceling the account took two hours longer than expected. Overall, the service was very poor and we were very dissatisfied with our visit.

So it's 6 pm on a Monday, and the restaurant was empty... thinking this is prime dinner hour, and no one was eating here... had us worried and almost turned around and left. I'm so glad we stayed as we got the seats of our choice on the wonderful patio. The wait staff was very attentive since we were her only table. We both ordered their $10 burritos special, and they were very tasty and an excellent value. I'm not sure why they were having a slow night, but it worked out perfect for us. Might be going back on Wednesday for the margarita and fajita special. I must say it's not a traditional Mexican menu but sure you'll find something interesting.

I made reservations for 630PMI was told they will not honor reservations.I made the reservation and received the reservation confirmation.We left and will not be back.Do not put reservations on Google if you will not honor them.
