Chilangos Mexican - Woodbury

Customer Service sucks called to order take out food. They hung up on me 3 different times was very rude over the phone. I asked for order total again they hung up on me. Used to like restaurant but will never step foot in store again

I'm not sure how this place has any 5 star reviews. We went for dinner and the food was atrocious, the service was lacking, and overall the experience was terrible. When we got home, my husband couldn't keep his dinner down. The cheese dip we ordered was the consistency of milk, tasted like it, too. The chips were thick and the salsa had no flavor. I got chicken fajitas and there were maybe 6 tiny pieces of chicken on it and the rice and beans were bland. My husband got crunchy steak tacos and he said they were chewy and flavorless. And like I said, they didn't stay down. Thankfully, the prices are reasonable so we didn't spend an arm and a leg for food poisoning. The ONLY upside was the beer. My husband got a 34oz beer for about $6, and that was the only thing about the dinner he liked! Our waitress seemed like she was terrified of us, too. She only came by a handful of times, avoided eye contact, and spoke so softly we could barely hear her. Mostly she stayed in the kitchen and seemed to avoid us. Needless to say, we will never, ever be back. We'll make the drive to Nacho's in Murfreesboro from now on. Super disappointing (and disgusting).

The Establishment was super clean. Everyone what's super nice, the food was ok little bland

I haven't really walked around town in awhile and when I did the other day I actually needed to just sit inside somewhere cool and so I ended up st Chilangos ..now granted it was still early and I was one of two patrons in the whole restaurant..but still they treated me like I was a Queen which trust me I wasn't expecting it that and I want yo thank you the three people that kept on checking on me bc im not gonna lie I was looking like I was going to pass out ...they didn't have to stand there and talk with me either im sure they were busy themselves to still getting the restaurant ready ...but I appreciate what you all did for me and yes I think I needed that interaction...so yes they went well above the call of duty that day and yes im using this terminology..

Ive always loved mexican food snd this place does not disappoint... There emolpyees are always friendly and know the foods and menu by heart .... I have been ordering the grilled chicken plate with extra cheese sauce ..its so good... But i usually order this big platter called Fagjita Jualisco snd it gas everything except the kitchen sink... and this is so so good but so big that you will be taking skme home with you... And now for the Happy Brthdays which they make it so fun there .. the staff vome iut with this gigantic sombrero hat and no matter who it is even the very little ones threy have you wear it while singing happy birthday to you and yes then the staff and/ or whoever is with you....dont worry bc here comes picture time but inly after they are preparing you with a little biir of dessert on your face that is pyobably fried ice cream which is ok by me bc that dessert is so friggen good ... You coujd ve so full but let me tell you from experience you are hoing yo est dome anyways lol
