Mcdonald's - Woodburn

First off, women's restroom toilet wouldn't flush, one sink in the men's restroom had no water. Ordered two 10 piece nugget meals, one with a shake. Meal gets brought out where we are then informed their machine is broken. Fine, then had to ask for a refund twice. The meal was sub par and the nuggets tasted funky. Watched two employees walk by the same table twice and not bother to wipe it down, the drink station was filthy, and the overall atmosphere of the place was grungy. Will not be returning to this establishment again.

On our way home to Dallas, we decided to take the woodburn exit and get a milkshake at your establishment. After waiting in the drive-through for some time we get to the speaker and are told we don’t have any milkshakes. That’s pretty lame.

Fries were awesome, I like salted fries....The pay window associate was not very friendly...must be having a bad day..... Drive through service was good reason for the 3 stars.Did not go inside can't comment on atmosphere.....

Steady performer, consistent food quality. Price of coffee up 38% in the past 18 months.

When I say this is the best McDonald's it is hands down the best location! Oscar and Lourdes are so incredible I have been to over 100 McDonald's in my life and they both go above and beyond to make your experience amazing I will always be a customer at this woodburn location!!!!!!
