Bhojan Bhandar Sweets & Restaurant

I have had many Indian meals in Canada, but comparing them to the food I enjoyed while in India is a challenge because my expectations are high. However, I couldn't help but draw comparisons during my visit to Bhojan Bhandaar. The all-you-can-eat buffet was reasonably priced, but I found the hot dishes to be a bit cold and dry, especially the tandoori chicken and other chicken items. On a positive note, the naan bread was freshly made to order and served hot. I wish the rest of the hot dishes were as hot as the bread. I did enjoy the mutton curry (goat), and the lady who I believe is the owner was extremely friendly, which made my experience more pleasant. Despite the shortcomings, I would consider returning to Bhojan Bhandaar in the future.

The Indian food at this restaurant is full of flavor and absolutely amazing. The buffet offers a wide variety of vegetarian and meat dishes, as well as dessert. The staff is excellent and the venue is beautiful. I will definitely be coming back again and again.

Excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Sometimes when I go to Indian restaurants, the waiters and owners have such a bad attitude, (maybe because I don't look Indian) . The restaurant was clean. The food was amazing. I'm definatley going back.<br/ <br/ Loved it!!!!!!!

The Indian food at this restaurant is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and willing to explain each dish to newcomers, as well as inform you about the level of spiciness. The naan is delicious and the prices are reasonable. The staff is honest and trustworthy - I left my iPhone there and it was returned to me 9 hours later during cleanup, with a phone call to let me know.

Bhojan Bhandar closed but is now in a new location in Maple under the name Indian Express. The food is just as good as always’
