The chicken is raw inside and plain with no flavor. They no longer want to cook the chicken properly or season it. and hard rice. Better to close the restaurant or change the cooks and Step the service:

I used to come here a lot but the food just isn’t as good as it used to be. The chicken is soggy and doesn’t have that roasted taste that it used too. Also, the cashiers (Kenia) are very rude. They spend more time on their phones or talking to each other than providing good customer service. I will not return to this location again.

Ordered fried fish, Lomo saltado and few other dishes for the whole group. Fish was just ok, lomo took over 30 mins to cook and the meat was just ok, had better ones. Their bathrooms needs update, its very small and dirty.

You have me mixed up. I have never been to you establishment.
